Two side-by-side terrace developments with torrens title subdivisions approved under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. Experienced planning and clever design created the opportunity for 3 x 5 bedrooms terrace homes and 4 x 4 bedrooms terrace homes across 2 separate lots side by side. A total of seven terrace homes! Each development has its own unique style with a strong sense of independence yet united by a consistent material palette of brickwork, contrasting renders and warm timber cladding. While the aim was to maximise the use of the two sites, functionality and preserving comfortable living conditions for the residents were also important design priorities. Inside you can immediately grasp the notion of making the most of the space. Yet it is the careful consideration of the residents’ comfort and need for low maintenance living that makes all seven terrace homes a comfortable and joyous place to live.
