From the street, this development looks like a duplex but in actual fact there are two separate houses. Each lot is only 290 square metres and 6.7 m wide but each house has five spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, an open-plan living area and an internal courtyard. It is a perfect example of how the constraints of a narrow site can produce outstanding minimalist architecture. Currently awaiting CDC approval.
