Three torrens title terrace homes approved under CDC on a corner block in South-Western Sydney suburb of Lurnea. Each terrace home features four bedrooms plus a separate studio with its own entry. This project demonstrates that with an imaginative and flexible approach, we can find opportunities that others might overlook.
