Three single storey terrace homes with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an open plan living area in the the Southern Highland town of NSW (Wingecarribee Shire Council) – approved under complying development using the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. While the aim was to maximise the use of the site, functionality and preserving comfortable living conditions for the residents were also important design priorities. The resulting homes, inspired by the Hamptons look, is just as comfortable as it is functional and aesthetically pleasing. Currently under construction.
