Three modern terrace houses recently CDC approved with torrens title subdivision under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. This project had to overcome a difficult Transport for NSW (TfNSW) because it is located on a busy classified state road in Moorebank. Where traditional terrace houses typically share party walls with its neighbours, these terrace houses are detached from one another. The project challenges the narrative of a traditional terrace house by creating highly spacious and light-filled homes that not only looks but feels and functions like free-standing homes.
