Another terrace development CDC approved under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. The site is very narrow and only 630m2 but we managed to fit three torrens title terrace homes with 5 bedrooms, 2 living and 3 bathrooms. The design incorporates bi-fold louvre screens to the bedroom balconies to manage the potentially harsh western sun while still offering views and glimpses of nature surrounding. The screens can be rotated for varying degrees of daylight and privacy and definitely adds a dynamic visual expression to the facade too!
