This Seniors Living project comprises 20 x independent living units designed to the criteria of SEPP Seniors Living. The brief was to consolidate the two sites to provide the maximum yield of dwellings whilst providing affordable and well designed housing that is comfortable and functional for older people and people with disabilities while respecting neighbourhood amenity and streetscape. The project accommodates 4 x two storey buildings and 16 x one storey semi detached homes. All units are designed under the new NDIS SDA Design Standards. DA approved with Fairfield City Council and currently under construction.
