New purpose designed childcare centre in North Kellyville catering for 92 children recently DA approved through the Land and Environment court. The design makes the most of the sloping topography of the land by staggering the floors across 3 stories with basement carparking to enable full use of the sloping site while maximising the number of children. Externally, the split-level design provides for an interesting facade but it’s more intriguing from the inside with the different pockets of light and flexible spaces in varying levels. Currently under construction.
