This mixed use site in Woonona consist of 2 strata title light industrial premises at the front and 2 strata title new generation boarding houses at the rear. It was a unique site with an interesting history as it was previously zoned for light industrial but later rezoned R2 low density residential. In order to maximise the site usage, the existing heritage light industrial premise was retained which not only preserve the streetscape but allowed us to take advantage of the generous front setback.
Project Achievements
– By creative design and utilising the space we were able to gain DA approval for a mixed use boarding house development on this unique site.
