This six-terrace development in the South-Western Sydney suburb of Cartwright was approved through DA due to bushfire challenges deeming fast track approval under complying development not possible. The project is a celebration of functional, effective use of space, consisting of six strata title homes with three bedrooms each on a 1,160 square metre unique block with three connecting boundaries. The external design features a traditional pitch roof construction with a contemporary facade inspired by the “Overhang” house in Oakville, Canada. The project took 1.5 years for DA approval with Liverpool City Council and is currently in CC stage.
