This four-terrace development in the South-Western Sydney suburb of Ashcroft was approved under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. Designed to be cost efficient with a simple material palette and refined aesthetic befitting their location. Also, through our experienced planning and design process, we managed to fit four homes with three bedrooms each on a 613- square-metre corner block. Not only did we maximise the use of the site but the the resulting terrace homes are a celebration of functional, effective use of space. Currently under construction.
