This is not our first childcare centre project that we worked on in Victoria but our first childcare centre project where we started from initial conception in Victoria. The design of this new purpose designed 90-place childcare centre in Highett, Victoria makes the most of the sloping topography of the land by staggering the floors across 2 stories with basement carparking to enable full use of the sloping site while maximising the number of children. Currently under DA assessment.
