This multi-residential project consists of 8 luxury townhouses located in a the historic township of Camden. Experienced and efficient planning saw 8 x two and three storey townhouses with a mixture of 4-5 bedrooms created on a 2,200 sqm prime, corner block off the main road, Old Hume Hwy – a great result for a tight site especially given that 6 out of the 8 townhouses have a 3rd level (attic). The townhouses were inspired by the Hamptons look that positively respond to the neighbourhood character. The project took just 10 months in Camden Council for DA approval through the Local Planning Panel and is currently at CC stage.
