Located on a challenging block in Chipping Norton, this 4 x terraces development is a good example of what can be achieved with effective planning that eliminates waste space and optimises the footprint. The development features contrasting renders, warm timber cladding and playful varying forms to create an eye-catching and modern exterior. Inside each of these terrace homes, it’s small but they feel generous, light filled and comfortable. This project was approved in less than 5 weeks under complying development using the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code and completed September 2023.
