This multi-residential project is just two lots of the three super lots which consist of 68 townhouses/multi-dwellings across all three lots (Penrith City Council). Site 1 consists of 28 dwellings and site 2 consists of 17 dwelling, totalling 45 dwellings. Both sites were recently DA approved through the Land and Environment court. The development will create a diverse mix of housing options with a choice of 2,3 and 4 bedrooms and contribute towards more affordable, quality housing.
