This modern industrial business park consists of 17 warehouse units and a cafe totalling almost 7,000 square metres of floor space, at-grade parking for 40 cars and basement parking for 61 cars. Owner’s pipeline dream has become a reality after 3 years which involves numerous Pre DA and Urban Design Panel meetings and 2 x DA submissions facing many surprising obstacles and challenges. Recently DA approved through the Local Planning Panel and ready for CC stage.
Project Achievements
– This unique 1.33 hectares triangular corner site bounds two main RMS roads and a biodiversity conservation corridor. Our design addressed the corner street frontage and create an urban presence while also maximising gross floor area.
