Sometimes a challenging site is actually a blessing in disguise and this project is the perfect example. This luxury dual occupancy in the southern Sydney suburb of Pagewood (Bayside Council) sits on a corner, triangular shaped lot and is also situated on a classified road. Despite the site constraints, we managed to fit two cleverly crafted and functional 5 bedrooms homes. Unlike many of the mirror image duplexes we’re used to seeing, both homes are different inside and out. The exterior utilises a blend of brickwork, timber, sandstone and off form concrete materials to create a bespoke and modern look while complementing the streetscape colours and textures. The unique design really adds something to the area. Approved under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code and completed February 2024.
